Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for supporting EcoRide Montana. Every purchase helps fund our 501(c)(3) nonprofit mission to provide safety gear and education to our community.

1. Processing & Handling

  • Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
  • Weekend Policy: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • Nonprofit Notice: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially during community donation events), shipments may be slightly delayed. We will notify you via email if a significant delay is expected.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that e-bikes require specialized freight handling due to battery size.

Expedited Shipping 3–5 business days
Accessories (USPS/UPS) 3–7 business days

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier congestion or weather.

3. Order Tracking

Once your ride has left our facility, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours.

4. Carrier Liability (Damages & Loss)

While EcoRideMT is not directly responsible for carrier errors, we are committed to your satisfaction:

  • Damaged Items: If your bike arrives with visible damage, document the damage with photos immediately and contact us at info@repedal.org. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and getting replacement parts or a return authorized.
  • Lost/Stolen Packages: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you cannot find your package, please check with neighbors first. If it remains missing, contact us so we can help initiate a trace with the carrier.

5. Return Shipping

As noted in our Refund Policy, customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. Because e-bikes are heavy freight, these costs can be significant. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
